You accept the dog as is and assume responsibility, including for any damages or injuries the dog may cause.

The dogs we re-home are rescue dogs and in most cases no background information is known. With this in mind, please confirm that you understand and agree that H4P RESCUE can not and will not completely guarantee the exact: age, breed, health, behavior, challenges, habits, disposition, training or safety of the dog:

Please confirm that you hereby fully and completely release indemnify and will NOT hold H4P liable for any claim, cause of action or liability of any sort. Whether known, unknown, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the fostering, care, ownership, maintenance, temperament or condition of the dog:

You release H4P from any claims or liabilities related to the dog’s foster, care, or behaviour.
You agree that the dog cannot be rehomed or sold and must be returned to H4P.

You understand there is a £1000 fine if the dog is sold, rehomed, or destroyed without H4P’s permission.

You agree that H4P will carry out regular checks to ensure the dog’s wellbeing and reserves the right to seize the dog if there are any concerns, with a £150 fee if the dog is mistreated or neglected.
