A kind neighbor is feeding him at the moment, but rescue is critical. BUDDY

I AM BUDDY AND I AM 2 YEARS OF AGE.

MY STORY

If you are looking for man’s best friend, please meet your ‘Buddy’.
Buddy is two-year-old Collie cross who has been let down very badly by the humans that should love and protect him. Buddy has had a lot of training in his previous home, recall, on the lead, sniff training, hide & seek and loves doggie day care. He has been unsettled since his owner gave him up because her resident dog kept attacking him, so we are looking for a home where he feels secure again and live out the rest of his precious life.
Buddy is an energetic boy needs lots of exercise, a typical Collie, he loves his long walks, he would need a home with an understanding person who has the time to dedicate to settling him in, Buddy loves company, hugs and belly rubs. He needs a secure garden to play. Buddy loves his toys all kinds of chew toys, his Licky mat and his food toys. He is a sweet boy that needs a patient loving person to settle him back in and a forever home can you be that person.

PIMPO

MY VERY SAD STORY

PLEASE HELP!
Pimpo now called Odin has a heart wrenching story. A rescue dog living on the street with his life partner who was having his puppies. A Mastin breed he protected her and cared for her and went in search of food to feed her and the puppies.
People injured him badly on the street he was beaten and stoned, but he never retaliated just kept searching for food to feed her.
The Police seized both dogs and took them to a horrific Pound where many dogs are left to die half-starved and untreated for illness. Thankfully a rescue association rescued the female and her puppies who were born in the Pound but left Pimpo there alone. He screeched the most agonizing noise and cried and yelped when they took his family, he tried to chase after them, but he was locked alone in a small cage, there was no escape.
Pimpo stopped eating and sat alone depressed in his tiny cage.
A well-known rescuer helped him and Hope4Paws with help from one of our admins found a wonderful foster in the Uk.
We are now looking for a forever home for this beautiful dog.

HERA

My name is Hera and I am 3 years of age.

MY STORY

Hera is Urgent now she has been waiting a long time. This beautiful, three-year-old girl is a mix-breed American Stanford, but she has suffered one of the saddest cases of abandonment and emotional cruelty that a dog could go through. What should have been a happy car outing, for Hera, ended in overwhelming misery and confusion when the car stopped, the door opened and a ball was thrown out for her to run after and fetch. Once she reached the ball and was far enough away, her humans got back into the car, drove off and left her behind! Hera chased after them, running and running until she fainted with heat exhaustion. Needless to say, she didn’t catch up with them but found herself alone, hungry and totally dehydrated. She was terrified.
Fortunately, she was physically picked up from the road and taken to safety. Hera is now in a Pound but is not coping well there, as most of her life is spent in a very small cage. She is desperately waiting for a new home but, this time, for a forever home where she can feel truly safe and loved.
She deserves it, as she displays a wonderful temperament despite her shocking experience. She is such a sweet little soul. She loves cuddles, belly rubs and any human contact.
Hera is great with other dogs, but she is not cat tested. She is toilet trained and walks well on a lead and has good recall.
Hera will make such a wonderful companion for some lucky person, or family. If you are willing to be that person, to open your home and heart to her and give her the security she needs, we, would love to hear from you!

MUNECA

SPECIAL  REQUEST FOR AN URGENT LOVING HOME

MUNECA'S STORY

A loving home is needed for a beautiful, rescued dog who is currently living in Scotland, (transport can be provided anywhere in the UK).
Muneca’s passport states that she is 10 years old, but we feel she is a much younger dog.
Muneca is in excellent health and is full of life and vitality.
Her current owner lives in a small flat in an urban area and intended to only adopt one dog but adopted two from the same shelter, as they had both been in cages for many years. The other dog is much older than Muneca and has many ongoing medical conditions that need ongoing attention, the owner is finding it difficult to adequately meet both dog's needs, so is reluctantly looking for a suitable home for this loving and beautiful little soul.
Muneca has endured trauma and hardship in her life but remains a sweet, friendly girl with a wonderful temperament.
Muneca is a lovely companion in the home. She is very calm and sleeps most of the time but loves human contact and likes to keep an eye on the whereabouts of her human companion. She walks quite well on the lead, has good recall, and responds to the command ‘Stay’ but this tends to slip when outdoors if she becomes distracted by prey, additional lead training would be needed in this area.
Muneca means 'doll' in Spanish and that's exactly what she is!

THREE PUPPIES SADLY HAVE NO NAME

These sweet little girls are abandoned puppies, all of which are about 12 weeks old, same litter. As they were found abandoned there is NO PICTURE OF THE MOTHER.
BRINDLED puppies Mastin Mix. They were just discarded like trash and doesn't even have a name, yet.
We will update this advert as we get further information, but more than anything they now needs a loving forever home.

DAVOS

MY STORY.

I am Davos and I am 7 years of age.

Davos is desperate for a loving home he is dying in the kennel. 🙏 please don’t pass him by 😢 . Meet beautiful Davos! He is a Podenco mix, about seven years old and weighs about 25 kilos. He was handed in at his first shelter when he was almost a year old. At that time no one knew anything about him. He was then put into foster care for over a year. Still not adopted, he was put into a boarding facility, where he has now stayed for over four years! At the boarding facility, he has been living in a pack and getting along well with the other dogs. He appears to be fine with cats, but, as we know, that doesn’t guarantee that every cat would get on with him or vice versa. With people, he's been described as “charming and affectionate”, and good with children but please note that H4P never recommends the adoption of any new dog into a family that has small children. Davos now needs to leave where he is. He desperately needs to, finally, be part of someone’s family, to experience that consistent, love, affection and attention that he has missed in his life so far. If you would be willing to expand his meagre existence by inviting him into YOUR life and providing him with a permanent, secure home, he would give all the above, plus more in return!

DANE

MY STORY

I am Dane and I am 5 years of age.

This stunning, kind-hearted soul is Dane. He is a 5-year-old Mastin mix who had his life and future dramatically curtailed when he was put into a Municipal Pound at just a few months old. Five years have since passed and he is still there! From the first video posted here you can see the woeful and very restrictive conditions that define his current existence. Dane deserves better, much better. He is a very sociable boy with a wonderful temperament and would make an amazing companion but, due to his size, he has never been given the chance to experience life in a home, to lie in a soft warm bed or feel the love of a person or family. He rarely feels soft grass beneath his feet and has definitely never dipped his paws into soft sand, sea or flowing water. He has missed out on so much. The workers in the pound do their best in terms of walks but these, and any attention he receives, are very meagre. We would love to see him be invited into a loving home and given the attention and affection that he has sorely missed. It would be heart-warming to witness the improvement and expansion to his life if he were to be treated to these new experiences. They may seem commonplace to us but they would be a huge turning point for him! Would you be willing to provide this much for Dane? We truly hope so. Please look into the round, brown eyes of this beautiful dog and see the lonely little soul inside that is asking to experience love

SCOBY

MY STORY

I am Scoby I am around 2 years of age.

Scoby has had a very sad past. He lived in a family home from a tiny puppy until he was around a year old when the family discarded him, like rubbish, by putting him into a dog pound to be euthanized!
A kind rescuer helped him but when that person moved away for work Scoby was put back into kennels.

After the positive respite that he had enjoyed with his rescuer, Scoby is not able to cope with the confinement and the depressing reality of being back in kennels. Scoby is a beautiful, intelligent young soul, with a gentle personality. He walks well on the lead and “Sits” on command [in Spanish!] but he will probably need more recall training. He gets along well with other dogs and has no resource or guarding issues.
Scoby has put up with enough emotional ups and downs in his young life and has a lot of life left to live. Now he desperately needs the security of a consistent and loving, forever home and new adventures.

OLIVER

MY STORY

I am Oliver and I am two years of age.

OLIVER is a 2-year-old Mastiff. These are the words of Oliver's rescuer - we couldn't express it any better!

"Yes, as harsh as it sounds, Oliver happily travelled to Barcelona with the hope of starting a new life, but his adopter is sending him back because they feel “ashamed” to walk with him… since people stare at his bent legs. Ashamed? Shouldn’t the real shame be the abuse, the abandonment, and the lack of food that deformed his legs? 😔 Oliver never chose to starve, he never chose to be mistreated, he never chose to be different. The only thing he knows is how to love. And the only thing he asks for is a home where he won’t be judged for his appearance, but embraced for who he is: a warrior, a noble mastiff who deserves respect and dignity. 🙏 We need to find him a TRUE family—one that will never again feel shame for him, but pride in giving him the second chance he deserves. 📢 Please SHARE so Oliver can find someone who sees him with their heart".

ELESE

MY STORY

I AM Elise and I am 18 months old.

Meet sweet, young Elese …. She is a Mastin mix, 25kg, medium/large (labrador size) and only 18 months old. She has proven herself to be a very friendly, family dog, with a sweet, wonderful temperament. Her story is short: She was abandoned on the street a few months ago and found lying on the ground. Passersby thought she was dead but the reality was that she was in shock and hadn’t eaten or had anything to drink. The abandonment that she had experienced had left her in such a state that she had given up and was simply letting herself die. What more is there to say? what could this poor little soul possibly have done to deserve this? We would like her to never experience this kind of crushing hopelessness again. If you could find it in your heart to give Elese the loving-support, affection and security that she truly deserves - in a FOREVER home – then PLEASE get in touch. 

REX

MY STORY

I am REX and I am 2 years old.

I am in the same kennel as my friend RICKY, who also needs a home.

They are going to end my life, because this kennel is being closed for not looking after any of us – two of us have died here already – and the rest of us have nowhere else to go.
