Every Dog’s Life Matters

Hope4Paws UK & Spain began with one simple belief: no dog should be forgotten.

What started as compassion quickly became action – a small group of people determined to help dogs find safety, care and somewhere they truly belong.

We exist to give vulnerable dogs a second chance – and a future that feels very different from their past.

Why We Started

We saw what many dogs face – abandoned, frightened, overlooked and unsure of what comes next.

And we couldn’t ignore it.

We’re not a kennel.
We’re not a boarding facility.
We’re a rescue and home-finding team, helping dogs move from uncertainty into safety.

For many dogs, rescue is the first time they experience kindness. But it’s not the end goal.

They deserve a home – not just a second chance, but a real one.

We believe rescue should feel safe, structured and trustworthy – for both dogs and adopters.

That means taking our time.

Because the best outcomes aren’t rushed – they’re built to last.

Clear expectations

Being honest matters.

We don’t operate a physical shelter or offer boarding, and we’re unable to take in surrendered dogs directly.

If a dog is returned, we will always support the rehoming process – but associated costs remain the adopter’s responsibility until a new home is found.

Responsible for leading the organisation’s administrative functions, governance processes, record management, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures that all operational systems are well-structured, legally compliant, efficient, and consistently maintained.

Head of Adoption Operations & Logistics

Responsible for managing the full operational adoption process, including administration, customer communications, complaint handling, and transport logistics for animals.

Patty

Head of Public Relations & Communication

Responsible for Communications, Brand & Strategic Content serves as the public face and communications leader of the organisation. This role is responsible for shaping and protecting the company’s reputation, public image, strategic messaging, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and communication systems.

Paula

Head of Marketing & Website

Responsible for leading the organisation’s marketing strategy, digital presence, website management, online campaigns, brand development, and public engagement activities.
